Product Owner
Nastavia Research is looking for a junior Product Owner.
Selected candidate would play a critical role in shaping the future of our products and services. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, defining product vision, and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. We are seeking a driven individual who is passionate about technology, has a strong sense of ownership, and can lead projects from concept to delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including customers, development teams, and business units, to define product requirements and priorities.
- Create and maintain a clear and well-defined product backlog.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and market trends.
- Prioritize and communicate product features and enhancements effectively to the development team.
- Work closely with designers, engineers, and other team members to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Lead sprint planning and grooming sessions, providing guidance and direction to the development team.
- Conduct user acceptance testing and gather feedback to iterate on product improvements.
- Monitor and analyze product performance, using data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Act as the point of contact for product-related inquiries and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Champion the product vision and strategy within the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business, Engineering).
- Basic experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of agile development methodologies, such as Scrum.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to translate customer needs into clear and actionable product requirements.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Passion for technology and a keen interest in staying up-to-date with industry trends.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner) are a plus.
