Nastavia Selected as Key Subcontractor in Major ERP Implementation Project at a Leading Georgian Bank

Within this engagement, Nastavia will provide advisory support across the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) and deliver project management services for the overall implementation program. The assignment focuses on ensuring structured governance, effective coordination between stakeholders, and alignment between business requirements and technical implementation throughout the project.

Through this role, Nastavia will support the bank and its implementation partners in delivering a robust and scalable ERP solution designed to strengthen operational efficiency and support the institution’s continued digital evolution.

New Digital Transformation (DX) Project

Nastavia Selected as Digital Transformation Consultant for ADB-Funded Initiative in Uzbekistan

Under this assignment, the company will conduct a comprehensive baseline assessment of the public agency’s current digital landscape and provide support throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC) of the modernization initiative. The engagement also includes the development of a forward-looking Digital Transformation Plan and the delivery of seminars designed to align the agency’s teams with the new digital agenda.

Through this work, Nastavia will support the partner agency in strengthening its digital capabilities and establishing a structured pathway for sustainable digital transformation.

Project Delivery

Nastavia Presents Report on the Digital Transformation of the Legal Profession to the Georgian Bar Association

On July 25, Nastavia’s Founder and Director for Digital Transformation, Teimuraz Murgulia, presented the report “Digital Transformation of the Legal Profession in the AI Era: Georgian Context” to the President and the Governing Board of the Georgian Bar Association.

Following the presentation, the Governing Board resolved to proceed with the implementation of the report’s key recommendations. These include strengthening oversight of AI ethics within the legal profession and initiating the development of Georgian-language guidance on the responsible use of artificial intelligence for legal practitioners.

The initiative marks an important step toward supporting the legal community in adapting to emerging AI technologies while maintaining professional standards and ethical safeguards.
