Georgie is the senior international development leader with 25+ years of experience managing complex sovereign and non-sovereign portfolios, strengthening country systems, and delivering results in reform-oriented and high-pressure environments across Eastern Europe, the Caucasus, Central Asia, and neighboring regions. Proven record of leading multi-donor programmes and monitoring and evaluation systems with a combined budget of USD 60 million, and of directing portfolio-wide analytical and performance frameworks across programmes exceeding USD 1.25 billion, enabling evidence-based decision-making and improved results delivery.

Extensive experience leading large-scale programmes in governance, institutional reform, public financial management, infrastructure, in partnership with governments, EU institutions, USAID, UN agencies, the World Bank, KfW, and other development partners. Led and built high-performing multidisciplinary teams of up to 1,500 staff, ensuring operational excellence and consistent delivery in complex environments.

 Recognised expertise in national-level portfolio oversight, results-based management, monitoring and evaluation, and performance systems, with deep engagement with line ministries, parliaments, regional administrations, and public institutions. Regional experience spans Armenia, Georgia, Moldova, Romania, Ukraine, Jordan, Afghanistan, Iraq, and Central Asia, supported by fluency in English, Georgian, and Russian, and working knowledge of Ukrainian.
