Project overview:
Nastava (Then SDGI) assigned its key specialists to the project in partnership with FINA LLC, operating under the World Bank contract, to develop new modules for cash management, liability management, contract management and asset management for the Central Treasury under the Ministry of Finance. SDGI team developed the entire business architecture based on the modern standards of Public Finance Management and specifically, deeply integrated with Performance Based Budgeting practices for the system, which was successfully delivered to the client.
